    Description

Red Cotton Bandana Handkerchief With Printed Graphics Commemorating the Confederate States of America
. This bandana dates from 1961 to 1965, the Civil War Centennial years. Graphics include Confederate navy boats, Robert E. Lee and his horse Traveller, a plantation house, the Confederate Battle Flag, and more. This bandana has been used and shows various signs of wear, including a slight, difficult-to-photograph stain in the area of the encircled boats graphic (see detail photo). There is tear at one edge that has been sewn up using a sewing machine. The hem at one edge has been torn off leaving the edge raw. There is a faded spot near the laurel wreath graphic (see detail photo). Dimensions: 21-1/2 x 20-1/4 inches. Owned by one family all these years and stored in non-smoking environment. Please look closely at the photos and contact me with any questions.
