    Description

    Pair of Art Deco Classical sterling silver covered urns. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1919. Each: Ovoid urn with tooled line borders. Cover domed with fancy finial comprising spool support with 4 scrolled brackets to which is mounted knops, ball, and baluster Base same on domed foot. Crisp and revved-up traditional form with shimmering facets and piercing. Fully marked including maker's stamp, pattern no. 19537 (first produced in 1919), and director's letter m.
