    Distiller's Enzyme Glucoamylase - 12g package
    Glucoamylase is a fungal-derived enzyme used for breaking down short chain dextrins in starch substrate mashes to yield simple, fermentable sugars. Glucoamylase is applied either post-mashing or added with yeast for simultaneous
    saccharification and fermentation.
    12g is sufficient for treatment of up to 6 gallons
    Add enzyme to grain mash once below 149°F
    Allow to stand for 1 hour at 122 - 140°F
    Alternately, add to mash/wort along with yeast and ferment at 86 -95°F depending on tolerance of yeast.
