Art Nouveau sterling silver vase. Made by George W. Shiebler & Co. in New York, ca 1890. Bellied bowl with short and straight neck and raised trefoil base. Loose and splayed flower heads in high relief and irregular crisscrossing grass blades on stippled and striated ground. Ripe and tactile. Fully marked including maker's stamp and no. 1755.
