Nikon R Focusing Screen
for the Nikon F3 cameras
Up for bids is this R screen with its case & sleeve.
The R screen is similar to a Type A but with rangefinder prisms of sloping surfaces at a smaller angle plus horizontal and vertical lines to aid proper composition. Works best with lenses having maximum apertures from F3.5 to F5.6
This is a red dot version, meaning this is the brighter version of the screen, allowing more light to focus and compose and to reduce eyestrain
The screen is in excellent condition and I sspect was never installed.  Original sleeve has shelf wear
