WE SELL NEW, USED AND PRE-OWNED PARTS AND DO NOT MANUFACTURE ABOVE LISTED PART. WE WILL NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE ANY KIND OF PRODUCT ENHANCING CHEMICALS OR PAINTS TO MAKE OUR PRODUCTS LOOK BETTER. THIS INCLUDES: SPRAY PAINT OF ANY KIND, EPOXY, GORILLA GLUE, SUPER GLUE, J.B. WELD, ACIDS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF ENHANCING, REPAIR OR FIXING MATERIAL OR CHEMICAL. These items are toxic, most of the time they are flammable, and almost never work on surface like stainless, cast iron, plastic, or other surfaces. The items we sell are used in kitchens for the most part and we do not want to endanger our customer by using these products. If the products we are selling are used, they will come exactly as pictured as we have used only soap and water and elbow grease to clean and enhance them before they are packed up and readied for delivery.
2. Parts Quality Test and Specifications
All NEW parts are inspected for damages, Used or “Pulled” parts are tested for proper function and specification before listing for sale. We will always try to work with you to resolve a problem if it arises. Please be sure this is what you need before buying. These are easy to misdiagnose so if you’re not sure call a qualified technician to verify before you buy. NEVER use your manual to get part numbers. Manuals are used for hundreds of models and may have part numbers listed that do not fit your machine. Always get the complete model (model with revision numbers) from your appliance.
3. Packaging
• New and OEM Parts
All NEW OEM parts will be shipped in original packaging. Some NEW parts will be shipped inside other boxes to prevent parts from getting damaged during shipment. The OEM box, if pictured, will be exactly as pictured unless damaged during shipping.
• Used & Preowned Parts
Used and Preowned parts are occasionally shipped in original packaging and other times shipped in recycled boxes.
• Bulk Parts
There are items we buy in bulk and therefore will always be shipped and packaged in recycle packaging.
4. Feedback and Comments
We work hard to reply to any and every question, comments and feed backs we get, in timely fashion. If there is something you are not satisfied with, do give us a chance to rectify the issue, please.
5. Shipping
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to PO or AFO Boxes. We do not ship internationally.
