Impressive c1930 Tiffany & Co Sterling Silver Tall Vase

Description

Presented is an impressive Tiffany & Co sterling silver vase. This piece
dates to circa 1925-1935. The vase is done in a simple, classical form, polished
to a bright finish. The vase is very well constructed, made from thick, heavy
gauge sterling silver, with a nice feeling of weight and sturdiness. The vase is
tall and will accommodate a good sized bouquet of long-stemmed flowers very
attractively.
This piece is in excellent condition. There are no splits, no breaks, no
dents, no cracks, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
The underside of the piece is stamped with the Tiffany & Co. maker's
mark, sterling 925-1000 and the initial 'M' for the company director between
1907-1947, John C. Moore II.
The vase, is quite large and stands at about 14 inches tall, with a mouth diameter
of 4 1/2 inches and a base diameter of 5 inches.
The vase weighs 1041.3 grams or 36.7 regular ounces.
