Clemens Friedell Pair of Sterling Vases Arts Crafts, Hammered Hand Wrought 1915

Estate Fresh  RARE Arts and Crafts pair of vases by Pasadena silversmith Clemens Friedell probably made around 1915. This lovely pair stands 5 inches tall and is trumpet shaped with a slightly undulating floriform border.  They have a domed stepped base which is weighted. The diameter of the base is 2.5 inches and the top opening is 3.5 inches.  Marked clearly on the bottom with Sterling Friedell  Pasadena  and the words base filled.  The pair weighs 281 grams including the fill.  Great hand hammering marking throughout!  Beautiful Repossed monogram of DGK in a diamond cartouche.  All exceedingly crisp and clean.  Rare to find a pair in such great condition.
