Black Diamond coal slag offers enhanced speed and cutting for superior cleaning ability. A larger number of gradations means you can be more confident in achieving your target profile. We have the product to blast through the toughest epoxies and layers of old paint, as well as the finesse to remove light rust and mill scale. We even have grades with the delicacy for glass etching.
2040 is used to remove light rust, mill scale, enamels, and acrylics. 2040 produces a moderate profile and is used for white to near white blast, often for new construction, special maintenance applications requiring reduced profiles, exposed aggregates, bridge maintenance, new structural steel, and more.
