Antique 1921 Sepia Photo Print Confederate Memorial Institute Of Army Encampment
I believe the rider on the horse is Jefferson Davis but cannot be certain.  There is a Richmond studio mark on the reverse side.
Including the frame it measures approximately 8 3/4" x 10 3/4"
In antique condition The piece is dark with discoloration, staining and burn marks.   The piece has no glass and sits loose in the frame.  The edges are ragged and torn.    It is also marked and dated in the lower left hand corner.  In as found condition.  Please see photos.
