    Production Process:
    1. Soak glutinous rice
    Wash the glutinous rice about three times, soak the washed glutinous rice in cold water for 5-24H, determine the soaking time according to the ambient temperature, and soak until it can be crushed with your fingers
    2. Steaming
    Drain the soaked glutinous rice and cook by steaming for 45-60 mins. Rinse the cooked rice stall with cold boiling water to about 30 ℃, so that the rice grains are not sticking.
    3. Put in the Yeast
    Distribute the Yeast evenly into the rice, add an appropriate amount of cold water and mix well. Put the mixed glutinous rice into a clean container, squeeze it with the back of your hand, and poke a small hole with your finger in the middle, so that you can observe the wine.
    4. Sealed fermentation
    Seal the container and ferment at 30 ℃ for 36-48 hrs.
