    Description

This is a pair of fine, sterling silver goblets/vases from the 1850s,probably German. They are 6 inches high,3,2 inches wide on top and weigh 240 grams, each(a total of 480 grams).Very intricate and artistic work with grapes on top and gothic patterns. The pair is a heirloom and has been in the family collection for years. The last photo is of an identical  from the catalogue of the January 1007  ,Christies auction of King George the 1st of The Hellenes, silverware,(needless to say the items sold 4 times more than the estimated price at the time). The photos, unfortunately ,dont do justice, its really difficult to photograph silver gold and precious stones l guess.Thank you for reading,if any questions , dont hesitate to ask, please check my other items.
