• The eBay delivery time is an estimation and not a guarantee. They do not take into account holidays, seasonal delays, weather delays etc. that may cause delays that are out of our contract
• We ship all coins within 2 business days (MON-FRI) of payment. When possible we make every attempt to process and ship prior to the 2 day guarantee
• If your item is not received within a reasonable number of days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us directly to expedite the resolution process rather than opening a case
