Up for auction is a six coin set of 1964 Canadian issues. These coins come in the original government packaging of a BROWN ENVELOPE.  Plastic packaging is to prevent or delay tarnishing or discoloration but it can still occur despite every precaution.  Some coins do show some very fine contact marks and appears in an UNCIRCULATED condition. Noted is some toning on the dime coin.  Y
