How Does It Work?

After your order is processed and your payment is completed, you will receive an email from Identifix containing a Phone Number to call and an Authorization Code to enter.
Call into the hotline and enter your authorization code.
Provide your vehicle information (Year-Make-Model-Engine - or - VIN).
In addition, you will receive a second email from Identifix containing a link to the Digital Service and Repair Manual product.
Open the Identifix Direct-Hit Digital Service Manual Subscription Confirmation email. Follow the instructions to set your password.
Login to Identifix Direct-Hit and choose your vehicle when prompted.
Search and browse the Digital Service and Repair Manual for your vehicle.
Check your junk email folder if you don’t receive the Identifix emails.
