This product uses the principle of gravity and negative pressure to eject the sand in the sand cup, so it is necessary to keep the gun head horizontal or slightly downward during work, otherwise the sand will not be released. If you are dealing with a surface that needs to be treated with the tip elevation, this is not recommended!
2. The product is equipped with a sand cup of about 1 kg. Due to limited capacity, it is not suitable for large area and large processing capacity. At this time, it is recommended that you choose a sandblasting machine or a continuous sandblasting gun!
3. In order to ensure the effect of use, it is recommended that the working pressure be 0.7Mpa (7kg) and above, the volume of the gas storage tank is greater than 50L, the displacement is greater than 150L/min, and the air pump is too small, so it is not recommended to use it.
How does the sand fit?
1. Clean or refurbish the surfaces of hardware, iron, metal, steel, molds, etc., choose brown corundum and white corundum.
2. Stainless steel, copper parts, aluminum parts, and zinc alloy products do not need to be treated again after sandblasting, or use glass beads for surfaces that require luminosity.
3. Applicable materials: crystal, acrylic, white corundum for glass. After using a grain of sand, you can choose the material and thickness of the sand according to the actual effect.
